These Terms govern your use of ZeroCrew, an autonomous AI business-operations platform at zerocrew.run. By using ZeroCrew, you agree to these Terms.
ZeroCrew provides an AI team (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Support, and a coordinating CEO layer) that drafts business communications and actions — quotes, campaigns, follow-ups, social posts, lead outreach — on your behalf. Actions that affect the outside world (sending an email, publishing a post) require your explicit approval before execution.
You may connect third-party accounts (Gmail, LinkedIn, and others as they become available) to let your AI team act using those services. You are responsible for the accuracy of business information you provide and for reviewing AI-drafted actions before approving them. You can disconnect any integration at any time.
You agree not to use ZeroCrew to send spam, harass individuals, misrepresent your identity, or violate the terms of any connected third-party service (e.g. LinkedIn's or Google's own policies).
Content drafted by your AI team is a starting point for your review. You are responsible for any content you approve and send or publish through ZeroCrew.
ZeroCrew is provided "as is." We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features involving third-party platforms (Gmail, LinkedIn, etc.) depend on those platforms' own availability and policies.
You may stop using ZeroCrew and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or misuse connected third-party services.
