ZeroCrew ("we", "our", "the platform") operates zerocrew.run, an autonomous AI business-operations platform. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it's used — including data accessed via third-party connections you choose to authorize, such as Gmail, LinkedIn, and other business tools.
You may choose to connect external accounts so your AI team can act on your behalf. We only request the minimum access needed:
Every action taken through a connected account — sending an email, publishing a post — requires your explicit, one-click approval before it happens. Nothing is sent or posted automatically without your review.
Data is used solely to operate ZeroCrew on your behalf: drafting communications, managing your leads and pipeline, and executing actions you've approved. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Your data is retained while your account is active. You can request full deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below. Disconnecting a third-party integration immediately revokes our access to that service.
Access tokens for connected accounts are stored securely and used only to perform actions you've explicitly approved. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) for all data.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time, and revoke any third-party connection from your Settings or Integrations page.
